Tim moved to the United States in 2015 where he worked for a vehicle dynamics consultancy working with OEMs, motorsport tyre manufacturers and large race teams. This included offering vehicle dynamics and simulation services, trackside engineering, tyre testing and development, and also delivering training seminars to engineers and students.
After working in a motorsport software development company developing race strategy and data management tools, and a few other engineering positions along the way, he moved to Australia where he worked as a Performance and then Race Engineer in Australian V8 Supercars.

Along the way, Tim has freelanced as a data, performance, strategy and race engineer in series all over the world including the World Endurance Championship, IMSA, European Le Mans Series, BTCC, Australian V8 Supercars and the IGTC among others.
Operating at an elite level goes far beyond the name of the business. Offering an exceptional, personalised customer experience is a central philosophy of the business.
We understand an important part of the role of an engineer is to be able to translate and simplify the sometimes complex business of maintaining, running and optimising racecars in a way that’s appropriate for each customer.

Tim's practical mechanical skills were gained during his time training and working as a race mechanic. After gaining multiple engineering degrees, his experience working internationally as a motorsport engineer in vehicle dynamics, handling and simulation as well as years of analysing logged data to improve both car and driver performance make Tim uniquely qualified to look after your competition car.
In his recent career, he's maintained a close link to New Zealand motorsport which has largely come through race engineering GT3 cars where he has accumulated countless wins and multiple NZ titles, commuting from overseas before permanently relocating to New Zealand.
